Homemade Holiday Potpourri
Who loves the scents of the holidays?!
I made this delicious smelling potpourri last week and just had to share!
Now, I do love a good candle, but I just had to give this homemade version a go!
All I used was an orange, a cup-ish of cranberries, four cinnamon sticks, two sprigs of rosemary, 3/4 teaspoon of cloves and a 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. I did end up sprinkling in more cinnamon just because I love the smell of cinnamon. That’s what’s so great about this concoction…it’s whatever your nose desires!
All ingredients were added to the pot and then I simmered it on low.
That’s it, you guys!
The house smelled divine!
The rosemary looked so pretty, too!
I honestly don’t know why I didn’t make this sooner!
Have you ever made a homemade potpourri?! I’d love to hear what you’ve used and what your favorite scents are. 🙂
Thanks, as always, for stopping by!
Best Wishes Always,
Marie 🙂
