Weekend Favorites

Welp, how busy is everyone else out there? Because I feel like the week flew by and that I’ve been living in and out my car all day, everyday. This is also my first blog post of the week and I barely had time to get in any reading. I plan to play catch up on the blog over the weekend, well, that and watch some Michigan football and maybe breathe a bit before it all starts again on Monday.

Buuuuut, I did manage to get some Halloween decorating done. I’ll be sharing more about my thrifted spooky mantle soon! Although, I did manage to make a Reel about it over on Instagram! Check it out here!

I’ve been adding more boards to my LTK! I love making these. It’s definitely like window shopping and then creating an entire look without even having to leave the house – that’s what I’m talking about!!!!

I put together this cute School Drop-Off Line Mom Outfit, and I think it’s soooo cozy looking!

I also found some great finds for fall cooking. These finds would all work for Thanksgiving and Christmas and beyond! That warming platter is intriguing to me!

Lastly, these cozy and neutral fall finds from Amazon. Jon and I are sorta, kinda shopping around for a new espresso machine. I love the look of this one and those dark brown mugs and blanket make me want to get all snuggly.

As for the family, Henry had a cross country meet yesterday and for the first time this season it wasn’t 87 degrees! He also PR’d! He’s getting faster and we’re so proud of him!

The weather was so lovely in the evenings last week and there weren’t many boats on the lake….aaaaaaand the water was incredibly calm. Jon was able to get in three evening ski rides last week and I enjoyed driving the boat without lots of other boats around. He was looking good!

Then we headed over to another friends’ house for a couple of nights and got in even more skiing at their place!

I don’t have many pictures of the girls, but they had fun playing in the lake, with the kids and the dogs!

Four skiers at once! So fun!

My friend Laura, who we were visiting, and I got up skiing at the same time! It was so fun! Talk about a mom date!
