Let’s make Easy Oreo Cookie Tree Treats!
I came across these White Fudge Covered Oreos while perusing the aisles of Walmart and I knew they’d make for a perfect holiday treat!
At this point I added my own Wilton decorating bag to assist in the fun, but the snipped end of a small Ziploc should work, too!
I set out some covered Oreos – look how easy so far!
Next I melted the candy wafers for about 30 seconds in the microwave and gave it a stir.
I spooned up some melted candy and filled the decorating bag.
A practice round helped me before actually attempting a “tree” on the Oreo itself. I started at the top of the cookie and went back and forth across the cookie and from smaller to larger. The melted wafers will come out thin and fast, so be sure to be ready for it! I only did a few at a time so that I could shake on sprinkles before the candy hardened.
There were so many adorable sprinkles to choose from!
I went full on “Christmas” with greens and reds – I love these little sprinkles so much!
The stars were added just as the candy was setting. If the candy hardens before adding the star, scoop any extra melted candy from the bowl and add a dab to the back of the star. You can always melt more or use frosting, too!
My little holiday heart felt so jolly making these adorable Oreo Cookie Tree Treats!!!
Thank you so much for scrolling through! Happy cookie decorating, my friends!!
