Favorite Prime Purchases – November 2024

Happy December! Today I’m linking up with Tanya for her last Prime Purchases link up. Thank you, Tanya, for hosting this link up for so many years. I’ve not always been consistent with posting, but I’ve always enjoyed this link up party and I’m grateful for all the years you’ve hosted it!

Our November was a fast one and boy, did our Amazon cart fill up quickly. Not only did we purchase the day-to-day necessities, but then all three kids needed winter coats (because of course they did), and then we had pictures with Santa so I needed to purchase outfits for that and not to mention the beginnings of Christmas purchases. Things were getting wild. *wide-eyed face* I think we went over our monthly budget about half-way into the month. Oops!

I’m still on track with reading 52 books for the year. I have seven books to go for the month. EEK! Fingers crossed I can get it done to reach my goal. One thing is for sure, it’s a fun month to read seasonal books. This one, In a Holidaze, was a fun holiday read. It’s almost like Groundhog Day meets It’s a Wonderful Life.

These slippers were just purchased last night for Eliza and since today is Cyber Monday, they’re on sale for a great price. I think she’s going to love them. Her little toes will stay nice and warm all winter long here in Michigan.

Speaking of Eliza, she just keeps growing and can no longer wear most little girl clothes. It’s be really difficult to find clothes that are still modest and sweet without it feeling to “adult.” I found this pretty dress for her to wear with Santa, for her band concert and for family Christmas festivities. It’s a good one and it’s also been tween approved! 😉 Heck, I want this dress for myself! It’s so pretty!

Christmas Dress

I found this pretty green dress for Jane to wear to offset Eliza’s dress. Jane loooves the stars in the tulle and the velvet soft feel of the top of this dress was a major hit, as well!

Henry’s top is no longer available, but I did buy his shirt and boy tie from Amazon and his pants are from Walmart. Here’s a look at, “the look!”

As mentioned above, all three kids needed new winter coats. I decided to keep it nice and easy and order all three coats from Amazon. Henry and Eliza are both in men’s and women’s sizes. Other that Eliza’s coat, which is due to arrive later this week, Henry and Jane’s coats have been kid-approved after playing out in the snow this past weekend.

Okay, back to the usual Monday happenings I go! Have a wonderful week out there, friends! Thanks, again, to Tanya for hosting this link up!
