Five on Friday…err…Saturday?

Happy Easter Eve!

Soooo…I kind of missed the real Five on Friday.  This girl has been busy, busy, busy!  Oh well, better late than never, right?!  😉

I had some girls over last weekend for a “Pinterest Party” and we had a great time.  We ate “Pinterest” snacks, drank yummy wine, and had lots of laughs!  I decided to make a sunburst mirror out of cedar shims.  Check it out.  I’ll post a tutorial soon.  It was sooooo easy!

My 32nd Birthday was on April 1st (check out 32 facts about me here).  It was a pretty normal day.  The kids and I did our normal Wednesday activities and I folded three loads of laundry.
Oh and the hubby bought me this cute Thiry-One Bag!  Thanks, babe!

I made these cookies for an adorable little girl in Henry’s pre-school class.  I’m pretty excited to have a new ballerina cookie cutter.  I’m sure it will come in handy for Eliza someday!
I ordered this cookie cutter from CopperGifts and the company was super easy to work with – the cookie cutter came on time and it was delivered in a cute little package.  They’ll also make any kind of cookie cutter that you need.  Very cool.

Henry and I went on a date!
His school took a field trip to the zoo and I thought it’d be nice for it to be just us.  Grandma Terri and Grandpa George came and watched Eliza so that Henry and I could have some much needed Mommy/Son time.

I love, love, looooove this boy.

Are you ready for Easter?!  I finally went out last night to pick up some Easter essentials!  I’m waaaay behind this year!  How is it Easter already?!!  Didn’t Easter just happen?  I was looking back at our Easter from last year and I just had to share…

 Happy Easter Weekend!
XOXO,
Marie 🙂

  1. Those are such cute pics of last years Easter Egg hunt. Im definitely looking forward to that with Sophie in a few years. And I love the sunburst mirror.

I was late on the five on Friday post too 🙁 #momlife

  2. The cookie cutter is absolutely adorable! I definitely have a thing for collecting cute cookie cutters as well, but don't use them near as much as I should.
