Sheet Pan Egg Bake

Let’s make a Sheet Pan Egg Bake!

This little recipe and food idea would be perfect for, well, any morning breakfast, a household of overnight guests, Christmas or Easter, or an easy breakfast-for-dinner-type-of-night – which is exactly why I made this meal AND I turned it into a breakfast sandwich!

For this recipe I used 8 eggs, heavy whipping cream, shredded cheese, a chopped red pepper and green onions.

I had also decided to make this sheet pan egg bake into a bagel sandwich. Yes, please! Yum!

I poured 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream…

The eggs were cracked…

I added the heavy whipping cream to the eggs and whisked away!

Next, I ripped out a piece of parchment paper and used Pam Baking Spray to spray the top of the parchment paper.

I slowly dumped out the egg mix…

My little sous-chef checked in on how I was doing. 🙂

She also helped me add the shredded cheese, chopped red pepper and green onion.

The egg bake was baked at 350° for 15 minutes.

Once out of the oven, I cut the egg bake into squares and made myself a breakfast sandwich. I used a toasted bagel, more cheese (because cheese is awesome), avocado and bacon.

Look how delicious!!!

Look. At. That. Breakfast Sandwich… for Dinner!!! 😆

I absolutely loved how this turned out! It took me longer to write this blog post than to make and bake and create this meal!!! Let me know what you think and if you’ve ever made a sheet pan egg bake.

Thank you, as always, for stopping by!
